Shadow-Weaving is a shamanic healing system, which forms a whole from the parts of both dark and light. For example, we all have two sides to our natures, a light side, as well as a dark side. The psychologist Carl Jung spoke of the shadow self. Problems arise when we repress our shadow nature, because we do not understand it. We fear that which we do not understand. The shadow is our dark nature in every way. This darker nature is our strength and passion, also our greed and envy and all of those other aspects of ourselves which we were told were wrong to display in front of others. Our light side is full of love and compassion, peacefulness and generosity. But it is weak when left to its own devices. The dark nature can be violent, aggressive and unkind in the extreme, if left to itself. In order to live as whole beings, we must embrace our dual natures and learn to love both our dark side, as well as our light side. This is the only way we can claim our full completeness and strength. When we balance both sides, we become empowered and supremely confident. Suddenly we are able to take our place as authentic beings, living lives of purpose and meaning. This then is the essence of Shadow-Weaving, to create a complete tapestry from the many dark and light threads of our lives.

If we are to live and work in harmony, we must first seek to balances the dual natures of the environment which surrounds us. This is the nature of Feng Shui, which is all about the way the energies around us cause changes for positive, or negative. Property Shadow-Weaving is a combination of things. It is part divination, where I by the use of a pendulum and other divination tools, investigate the energies. It is part Distant Feng Shui, this where I look at the property and surrounding area and begin to understand any obvious problems and their remedies. During this process I will make a detailed floor plan of the property, made from your own detailed descriptions and I will also work from photographs, if these are available, as well as any maps and other topographic information I decide is relevant, these are available via research avenues I make use of.  And it is also part shamanic journey, for I will then, armed with my knowledge, make a spirit journey to the property, in order to alter the energy flow and to perform subtle changes. As well as all of the work I myself will undertake from a distance, I will also provide ideas, remedies and possible Feng Shui cures, where I deem these correct.
